The CART-PRO and
the online CART-PRO Store is a division of EZ Care Products. The CART-PRO Store
accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express, or a Purchase Order
from a valid golf course, country club, golf cart dealer/distributor, or fleet
maintenance organization.
ORDERING POLICY
Orders can be
placed at The CART-PRO Store 24/7, and will be shipped via UPS Ground the next
business day from our Florida or California distribution centers whichever is
closest to the shipping address Zip Code.
Order and Shipping
Confirmations:
The CART-PRO Store's automatic order and shipping confirmation
system confirms your orders and shipments via e-mail at the time the order is
placed. Order confirmation includes product and shipping charges. A tracking
number is available upon request.
FREIGHT
All merchandise is
shipped F.O.B. from our Pompano Beach, FL or Rancho Cucamonga, CA distribution
centers by the next business day. Unless otherwise stated, all freight charges
are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the weight
of the product shipped.
Freight Claims
Credits for
freight damage or shortages are allowed only by submitting a copy of the signed
freight bill showing the damage or shortage.

Product Warranty
All CART-PRO Store
products are warranted for one year from date of invoice.
Returned
Merchandise Policy
No returned
merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number from
CART-PRO and/or EZ Care Products. All returns must be received within thirty
days from issuance of the Return Material Authorization number (RMA). On any
returned merchandise a reasonable restocking fee will be deducted from any
credit due. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight charges prepaid.

Prices displayed
online supersede all previous CART-PRO pricing information and are subject to
change without notice. Product and pricing updates, revisions, additions or
deletions will be announced via electronic media.
